Our Story
MRI Construction Services was founded right here in Portland by a family that believed great contracting work should be honest, reliable, and personal. Too many homeowners had been burned by contractors who overpromised, underdelivered, and disappeared after the check cleared.
We started small — a few remodels, a lot of word-of-mouth, and a reputation built one project at a time. Over the years, we've grown into a full-service general contracting company, but the core of what we do hasn't changed: show up, do the work right, and treat people the way we'd want to be treated.
Today we handle everything from kitchen and bathroom remodels to full home additions and basement finishing. Every job gets the same attention to detail, the same communication, and the same commitment to quality — whether it's a $5,000 bathroom refresh or a $200,000 addition.
